How can I relieve digestion discomfort?
By Professor Bob on April 29th, 2008Many digestive problems can be prevented with lifestyle changes. Poor eating habits, such as eating too quickly or skipping meals, can result in digestive discomfort. Be sure to eat food slowly, chewing thoroughly.
In addition, eating a balanced diet can help you avoid digestive discomfort. Avoid eating too much processed food and sugar, and instead incorporate more fiber, fruits, and vegetables into your diet.
Listen to your body and be conscience of what certain foods make you feel uneasy. Try changing your diet based on those foods and see if you feel any difference. Consult your physician too for he or she may be able to run some blood tests to determine any food allergies.
